Healing  emotional body

Working from a holistic perspective, the body is viewed as a reflection of the whole person and of all lived experiences. Stress and negative emotions from past experiences can be suppressed in the body and can create tension that affects the function of every system in the body and eventually produce a dis-ease. Massage manipulates the tissue where these emotions may be biochemically stored, often allowing them to resurface into consciousness. Letting these emotions come and allowing them to pass on their own can be very freeing,  releasing  old energy blockages and getting  rid of chronic pain .

Healing physical body

Muscular pain is a common problem experienced by many people , and often caused by poor posture, repetitive movement, physical injury, or stress. Massage therapy is a drug-free, natural way to alleviate this muscular pain and associated complications. Headaches, insomnia, migraines, tendonitis, sciatic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, myofascial pain and joint immobility are a few of many secondary complications that can develop over time and can be treated at Healing Hands Studio.
